(2) Gear through carburization methods, and use gear grinding machine to finishing grind, Gear material is 40 Cr through high quenching treatment, hardness reaches HRC40-45, gear surface through gear grinding, precision can be up to Level 6, reducing vibration)
(3) All middle and small vertical lathe parts are done by tempering oven, to make parts hard and not to change shape. big castings are through shock time ageing.
